GETTING STARTED

We offer complimentary lessons to all new students in which we show our facility and give an introduction to several dances. Should you decide to go on, we offer an introductory package. This consists of five lessons: two private sessions, two school figure and styling sessions, and one practice party session. Each session is 40 minutes in length. At DC Centre, we teach in the most efficient, economical, fast, and fun way to learn.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons are one-on-one training with a qualified and certified instructor. These lessons are pre-booked with an instructor and preferably require a six-hour notice prior to cancellation.

GROUP LESSONS

This is the second method we use to teach our students. One instructor works on one particular dance with three or more students. Not only does the student learn new dance steps but this also helps build knowledge with the leading and following technique.

PRACTICE PARTIES

The third way we teach is through our practice party sessions. This gives the students a chance to use what they have learned in Private and Figure & Styling Sessions in a nightclub environment. The parties have DJ’s and is hosted by the DC Centre. This gives the student repetition and builds their confidence in a social situation before venturing into a real-life situation.

WEDDING DANCE LESSONS

DC Centre set the standard for Wedding Dance instruction. Our goal is to create a comfortable yet memorable " First Dance" for the newlyweds. Mother's and Father's of the Bride and Groom are welcome and encouraged to come in and "brush-up" on their dancing skills before the big day.

Try something unique and bring in the whole Wedding Party for a Group Dance Routine. It's affordable and fun!

The "First Dance" is your introduction to your friends and family as husband and wife. DC Centre will help you make it beautiful.
